We offer you a luggage storage service in Santiago de Compostela open 24/7/365, just 400 metres from the cathedral.
You will have access to your locker whenever you need it during the rental period, so if you have forgotten something or want to add more items, you will be able to do so without any problems.

We have two storage rooms for bikes and groups.
The reservation will exclusively be made ONLINE through our website. It only takes a few minutes and can be done from any electronic device.

We offer a choice of M size lockers for 1 cabin bag + 1 handbag and XL size lockers for 4 cabin bags or 2 backpacks or 1 big suitcase.
Select the start day. The rental day is between 0:00 and 23:59 on the same day (calendar days).
Use our secure payment gateway and we will send you a numerical code to both the entrance door and your reserved locker.
Check your locker number, place your luggage inside and close the door. NEVER OVERLOAD THE LOCKER. THE LOCKER DOOR MUST BE CLOSED EASILY AND WITHOUT FORCING.

You can access the luggage storage by entering the 8-digit code you have received by email after making your reservation.
Please, type the same 8-digit code on the screen. Your locker will automatically open.
Check your locker number, place your luggage inside and close the door.
You will have access to your locker as many times as you wish, from 00:00 to 23:59 on the same day (calendar days). For example, if you access your locker after 00:00, your rental will also end at 23:59.
Yes, provided this amendment or cancellation is made 48 hours before the date the reserved service starts, to do so, you need to contact us by sending an email to administració[email protected] . In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the booked service starts, no refund will be offered.
1.5% + EUR 0.25 on standard European card transactions (most cards, including American Express) and 1.9% + EUR 0.25 on premium European cards (Visa/Mastercard commercial) within the EEA [0]. 2.5% + EUR 0.25 on card transactions between the UK and the EEA. 3.25% + EUR 0.25 on other international transactions with international cards issued outside Europe and the UK [1].

You will need to contact us by WhatsApp or by calling us directly on (+34) 651 613 069 to pay for the extra rental time so that you can collect your belongings from the locker.
In the event of an incident in the Locker 24 horas premises, we have an insurance contract in favor of the Users with AXA Seguros Generales that covers losses for damage, loss and/or theft (due to causes attributable to LOCKER 24 HORAS) up to a maximum of €200 per M locker, €500 per XL locker and €2500 per storage room (subject to submission of a police report).
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological items (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images.
We strongly advise you not to keep your travel documents (plane/train tickets, etc.) or any personal documents (passport, driving license, etc.) in the locker. If you do so, these would be kept under your own responsibility.
