How to book - Can I book in advance?

The reservation will only be made ONLINE through our website, both in advance and at the last minute, just when you need it.

1º Choose the locker(s) that best meets your needs.

2º Select the hiring time.

3º Pay online securely.

4º We will send you a code for the entrance door to the locker room as well as a code for the reserved locker(s).

5º Deposit your luggage or other personal belongings in the locker(s).

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, provided this amendment or cancellation is made 48 hours before the date the reserved service starts, to do so, you need to contact us by sending an email to administración@locker24horas.com

When can I have access to the locker(s) I have reserved (check in)?

You will have access to the locker(s) you have reserved from 07.00 am to 06.59 am on the following day. If you access the locker(s) you have reserved for the first time after 07.00 am your rental time will also finish at 06.59 am.

What if I am late to collect my luggage (check out)?

If you do not collect your luggage from your locker we will be force to send someone to clear the locker for the next customer, so you will therefore need to contact us to organize your baggage collection at a later stage and you will be charged extra €50.

How many times can I access the locker(s)?

You may access the lockers as many times as you wish or need throughout the rental period of your locker(s); so in case you forget something and want to keep more bags in your locker(s) during the rental period, you will be able to do it in accordance with your requirements.

How long can I book my locker?

From 1 day (from 07:00 am to 06.59 am on the following day) and up to a maximum hiring time of 365 calendar days.

Will my luggage be safe?

The Locker 24 lockers are protected by video surveillance 24/7, 365 days a year. In the event of an incident in the Locker 24 horas premises, we have an insurance contract in favor of the Users with AXA Seguros Generales that covers losses for damage, loss and/or theft (due to causes attributable to LOCKER 24 HORAS) up to a maximum of €200 per small locker or €500 per big locker (subject to submission of a police report).

 

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological items (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images.

We strongly advise you not to keep your travel documents (plane/train tickets, etc.) or any personal documents (passport, driving license, etc.) in the locker. If you do so, these would be kept under your own responsibility.

What can I do if I have any incidents when using the locker(s)?

What should I do to access my locker?

You can access the locker room by entering the 8-digit PIN code you have received by email.

Please, type the same 8-digit PIN code on the screen.

Your locker will automatically open. Place your luggage inside and close the door.
